SHADOWING
Practitioner Guidance
Witnessing experience.
Experience witnessing.
A shadowing series that provides mentees the opportunity to absorb and learn from all the features of chad’s established practice from start to finish. The series (10 sessions) is initiated by the mentee no less than 2-3 months in advance of targeted timeline. Chad is in service as usual and the mentee receives absorption/witnessing and direct debriefing throughout the series. There is a maximum of two mentees per series.

In relationship with you as an aspiring or established practitioner, I share and convey my knowledge and experience, provide direction, answer questions, and facilitate dialogue. Each relationship itself is established with the help of the Conclave’s document Considerations for Practitioner Guidance Relationships. Within this document, the guidance relationship I offer is mentorship.
Guidance in the form of mentorship can only partially be offered online, IMO. I offer in-person, custom-designed Shadowing and Supervision projects. I also host and lead an annual co-supervision gathering in Mexico for practitioners who wish to learn from others in our field.
Structured and committed guidance in some form is what I wished for when I began this work as a practitioner. It remains my wish today. I don’t have all the answers, but I believe that together we can guide our entire field towards excellence. It starts with us with a commitment to find excellence in our own offering. No matter where in your timeline as a practitioner you are, I offer a reflective set of eyes on to you and your work.
