Breath of Five

The retreat includes experiences with the Breath of Five (inhaled 5-MeO-DMT) to explore beyond the veil, to experience a deep and profound truth, to merge into the infinite, and to unify with divine source energy that flows through all of creation. This experience is a powerful opportunity to shed that which no longer serves you and step into your most potent self. The direct and unfiltered experience of Oneness leads to a fresh and uncensored life experience of You-ness.

​This week is designed for a very intimate group of people to explore consciousness together. Over the course of the week you will experience two Breath of Five sessions (one privately and one in sacred witnessing) and morning movements and guided breathwork.

Neos Centre is nestled in the heart of Neos·Village, about 75 minutes east of Lisbon, Portugal. Surrounded by the wild and romantic countryside of Alentejo, it sits close to Évora’s standing stone circle—one of Europe’s largest and most ancient monuments.

Our retreat space is about 75 km from Lisbon Airport, so we highly recommend booking your flight early. If you’re planning to spend a few days in Lisbon before or after the retreat, we’re happy to suggest some beautiful places to explore. 

November in Alentejo brings mild and cosy weather, with daytime temperatures averaging 15 to 18°C (59 to 64°F) and cooler evenings dipping to 8 to 10°C (46 to 50°F). Occasional light rain is possible, so packing a light waterproof jacket is a smart move. The landscape will be lush and vibrant—perfect for your retreat experience.

Since 2016 I’ve been guiding full-time with 5-MeO-DMT. Stewarding over 1,300 sessions across 15 countries, the decade of supporting individuals on their transformative journeys with this medicine has brought me to feel confident that you’re in very good hands.

As your guide, I bring unwavering presence, seasoned intuition, and a deep commitment to creating a safe and intentional space. Many who step into this work with me find it to be more than a one-time experience—it becomes an ongoing relationship with their own evolution.

Sacred witnesses, mentees, and continued learning

This retreat is in conjunction with a learning project. This means that two mentees will be shadowing me. They will be witness to your entire process with me: your intake form, our calls before and after the retreat, and, of course, your experiences during the retreat.
